Lumia 530 is a budget device that packs some serious punch. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 which means it’s equipped with Cortana, it’s also powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, and has 4GB of onboard storage. There a microSD card slot which can be used to  increase your storage capacity up to 128GB. On the software side, it comes with Microsoft Office,
OneDrive and Skype.
Right now you can get your hands on this phone through Cricket Wireless for $49.99 (with a plan) but T-Mobile offers it for just $69 without contract through Microsoft Store.
